High-precision flow meters ACCU ACU20FD, etc.
High-precision flowmeters operate in the flow range: from min. 1...100 n.ml/min to max. 3.6...360 n.m3/h with an accuracy of 0.5% VPI. The flowmeters have a laboratory design and can be equipped with a local display and control system. Automatic temperature compensation of readings implemented in the devices allows achieving high accuracy of measuring the mass flow of gas. Flowmeters can be equipped with a control valve, which is integrated into the housing. The device can be controlled by an analog signal, as well as via a digital interface.
